Ideal routine step:
AM Cleanse / Serum / Moisturise / SPF
PM Cleanse / Exfoliate / Serum / Moisturise

DIRECTIONS:  Add a small amount of crystals to your favourite cleanser or water, then apply in a circular motion for 15-30 seconds.  Rinse with warm water and pat dry.    

Alter the ratio of crystals to create a light or more intensive exfoliation.  We suggest starting off with a small amount as looks can be deceiving with these crystals, a little goes a long way, you don't need a lot to achieve a beautiful exfoliation.
